All the things we believe children need when they are Starting to Learn™.The Starting to Learn™ approach is a fun-filled, hands-on learning opportunity for children. They will be supported to actively engage in pursuing pathways of interest suggested by them and be viewed as purposeful explorers of their environment. Children will engage with all areas of the curriculum including the opportunity to: - Learn in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment
- Feel good about themselves as individuals
- Develop a sense of belonging and independence
- Explore the arts; visual, dance and drama
- Practise complex language skills and explore literacy
- Experience practical math, science and technology
Sharing your Child’s World .......................................
Your child’s learning and participation will be documented and celebrated through their individual portfolio. This record of their time with us is unique to your child and includes treasured mementos such as learning stories, photos, artwork or contributions from you. Your child’s portfolio is readily available at all times and you are welcome to take it home to share with your child and extended family.

This new and innovative service is optional and provided FREE of charge for children enrolled at Penguins School of Early Learning.
The online portfolio provides you with safe, secure
access to your child’s world where you can read
all their news and see video clips of them at play
and engaged in the Penguins environment.
You can even elect to have your friends and
