Our teachers are hand-picked for their special skills and attributes to support and nurture young children's development. They must have a passion for their work and a commitment to working in partnership with families to attain the best outcomes possible for children.

All our teachers are required to work towards and maintain teacher registration. A full guidance and support programme is implemented to support this and ensures professional standards as set out by the NZ Teachers Council are achieved. A range of professional development opportunities are attended by teachers from conferences to workshops so each staff member can be supported to achieve their professional goals.

All personnel undergo a police vetting process and hold current first aid certificates. Our preferred first aid provider is a recognised childcare specialist.
